HIGH SCHOOL
ATHLETICS
is a member of TAPPS (Texas
Association of Private and Parochial
Schools) District 2-5A. Any eligible student
(grades 9-12) enrolled at Providence is
allowed to try-out for Cross Country,
Volleyball, Swimming, Basketball, Soccer,
Golf, Tennis, Softball and Track & Field
teams. High School students may also try-out
for Bowling and Dance teams, but these
groups do not compete in TAPPS.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
ATHLETICS
is a member of the AIAL
(Archdiocese Interscholastic Athletic
League) of San Antonio. Any eligible student
(grades 6-8) enrolled at Providence is
allowed to participate in Cross Country,
Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Softball and
Track & Field.

Providence
Gym is located on campus. Home soccer games
are played at Central Catholic's Benson
Stadium and home softball games are played
at Lambert Beach or Tony Martinez fields
which are located at Brackenridge Park.
Admission Prices
High School
games: $3 adults, $2 students with ID
Middle
School games: $3 adults, $1 students with ID
Children
under 12 are free. Passes will be honored
from TAPPS, UIL, and AIAL only.
Admission
to tournaments may vary. Alumnae and current
students check News Flashes and Provet TV
for spirit nights and special discounts.
