The Board of Directors consists of 20 persons and includes the Superior General and several Members of the General Council of the Congregation of Divine Providence of San Antonio, TX.   

The Board is responsible for preserving the character of Providence Catholic School as a Catholic institution in the spirit and tradition of the founding Congregation.  Specific responsibilities include the formulation of general school policies, the development of long-range plans; supervision of fiscal activities, and promotion of the growth and development of Providence through public relations activities.
